All kinds of cats
What sort of cat would you choose? A fluffy Persian, a smooth Abyssinian or a chocolate-and-cream Siamese with unusual blue eyes? There are about 30 types of pedigree cats. Even non-pedigree cats come in lotsof different colors-white or black or ginger, often a mixture of all three. Tabby cats can have very beautiful markings too.
Pedigree cats can be divided into two basic types, defined by bone structure and overall conformation. The first group is close-coupled and stocky, round of head and eye, with small ears and short legs and tail. The second group is much lighter in build, long and lithe with slender bones, longer head, neck and tail and large prickcked ears; most varieties in this latter group stand tall, thier hind legs being longer than the forelegs.
